# Understand your access

The **Your ProSocial access** card in **Settings** shows the access currently
available to your account and where it comes from.

## Common access types

### ProSocial membership

An active membership includes the full skill-pack catalog and full coaching
features. If you cancel, access continues through the paid period shown by the
billing portal.

### One-time skill pack

A one-time purchase grants that specific pack. It does not automatically
include every other pack or an ongoing membership.

### Human coaching

An active paid relationship with a ProSocial coach can include full ProSocial
access for the life of that relationship.

### Coach or organization access

A coach practice or organization may sponsor your access through its member
roster. That access can end if you leave the roster or the sponsor's billing
ends. Your personal account and history remain yours.

## More than one source

Access sources can overlap. Buying or receiving one type does not erase
another valid source. If you already have an active personal membership, you
will not be charged for a second one.

If the access card does not match what you expect, contact
[support@tryprosocial.com](mailto:support@tryprosocial.com) with the email on
your account and the purchase or invitation you expected to use.
