# Manage your ProSocial preferences

Open **Menu**, then **Settings**.

## Customize Dale

Under **Dale & preferences**, you can change:

- Dale's name
- **Delivery style**: **Warm** or **Direct**

## Change the language

Choose **English**, **Spanish**, **French**, **German**, or **Portuguese
(Brazil)**. Menus, buttons, and Dale use that language.

## Turn coaching emails off

Turn off session emails under **Dale & preferences**. Account and purchase
emails still arrive.
