# Control People Skills profile sharing

**People Skills profile sharing** lets approved AI services you connect read
your current full People Skills Index profile. Sharing stays off until you turn
it on.

## Turn sharing on or off

1. Open **Menu** → **Settings** → **Connections**.
2. Find **People Skills profile sharing**.
3. Turn **Allow connected AI services to read my People Skills profile** on or
   off.

Off blocks future reads immediately. Profile details already used in an existing
AI conversation or memory stay with that service until you delete them there.
