# Connections and privacy

Connected services are optional. You can use ProSocial without connecting a
calendar or Telegram account.

- **Google Calendar** — Let Dale offer timely preparation and reflection while keeping sensitive

## Manage a connection

Open **Menu**, choose **Settings**, and find the connected service. Disabling a
feature stops its coaching use. Removing access disconnects the external
account.
