# Privacy and your data

This page explains how product features are designed to handle your
information. For the legal policy, read the

## Your Dale conversation

Your private conversation is used to provide coaching and maintain useful
continuity. Dale remembers what matters — the outcomes and context that keep
your coaching going — so you do not have to repeat your whole history every
time you come back.

## Assessments

Formal assessments run through a dedicated assessment service using a
protected session created by ProSocial. Behavioral scoring and coaching
analysis use a separate profile ID rather than your name or account details,
so the analysis stays separate from your identity.

Detailed assessment evidence and internal analysis are not exposed in public
activity views.

## Google Calendar

Calendar access is optional and read-only. Dale receives the interaction type
and approximate timing, not titles, descriptions, attendees, organizers,
locations, meeting links, or raw Google identifiers.

## Camera practice

Camera consent is requested for each supported practice. Visual cues are
processed in your browser. ProSocial does not record, store, upload, or archive
your video; only the summary you choose to send can reach Dale.

## Human coaches and organizations

A human coach does not automatically receive a copy of your private Dale
conversation. Coaches and organization administrators can see limited
assignment or access status needed to operate the relationship. Detailed
results remain private unless you explicitly share them through a supported
product control.

## Control your account

Use **Settings** to manage connected services, email preferences, sharing
controls, and [account deletion](/account/delete-account/).
