# Meet Dale

Dale is the AI people-skills coach inside ProSocial. Your conversation can
continue over time, so you can prepare before an interaction, practice, and
return afterward to reflect on what happened.

## What Dale can help with

Dale can help you:

- clarify a people problem and choose a practical next move;
- prepare for meetings, feedback, interviews, conflict, networking, and other
  social situations;
- guide you through ProSocial skill packs;
- start a drill, guided practice, or roleplay;
- connect your People Skills Index profile to the situation in front of you;
- reflect after an interaction and carry useful learning forward.

## You set the direction

Tell Dale what outcome you want, what you are worried about, and any boundary
that matters. If advice does not fit, say so. You can ask for a different
approach, more direct feedback, a slower explanation, or practice instead of
discussion.

## What Dale is not

Dale is not an emergency service, therapist, doctor, lawyer, or substitute for
your own judgment. Do not use ProSocial for an immediate safety crisis or as
the only basis for a high-stakes medical, legal, employment, or financial
decision.

## Your continuing conversation

Dale remembers what matters — the outcomes and context that keep your coaching
going — so you do not have to repeat your whole history every time you come
