# People Skills Index

The People Skills Index, or PSI, is ProSocial's structured way to understand
how you currently approach communication and relationships. It gives Dale a
more useful starting point for personalized coaching and helps you notice
patterns you can practice.

## What the PSI is for

Use the PSI to:

- build a baseline of your current people skills;
- identify strengths and useful growth areas;
- make coaching and practice more specific;
- see changes in context over time.

The PSI is not a pass-or-fail test. A result is a starting point for reflection
and practice, not a permanent label.

## How it works

The PSI is delivered as a guided pack with assessment modules. Dale helps you
move through the process, while the assessment itself uses a dedicated,
structured experience.

Your PSI attempt keeps its own progress. If you leave, return through **Today**
or **Library** and continue the active pack.

## Access

The PSI pack is included with an active ProSocial membership. It can also be
purchased on its own as a one-time pack.

## Use results with care

PSI results are for personal development and coaching. They are not a medical
diagnosis and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion,
discipline, or another high-stakes decision about a person.
