# Understand your PSI results

Your PSI result is most useful as a conversation starter. It points to patterns
worth noticing and practicing; it does not define your personality or predict
what you will do in every situation.

## Start with three questions

1. Which strength feels most recognizable?
2. Which growth area would make the biggest difference in your real life?
3. In what situations does the result fit less well?

Bring those reactions to Dale. Disagreement is useful information: context can
change how a skill appears, and a score should not override your lived
experience.

## Turn insight into practice

Ask Dale to connect one result to a situation already on your calendar or in
your mind. A strong next step is specific:

> My result suggests I hold back when conversations get tense. Help me prepare
> one sentence I can use in tomorrow's feedback meeting.

From there, you can discuss the situation, rehearse language, or start a
roleplay.

## Who can see detailed results?

Your detailed assessment information stays private unless you choose to share
it. A human coach or organization administrator does not automatically receive
your private Dale conversation or detailed PSI result.
