# Use Career Alignment

Career Alignment is an in-chat Training exercise with Dale. You clarify
credible next roles and how to talk about a move — with fit, risk, and the
proof each direction needs.

You work with Dale in chat on **Today**.

## What Dale does

1. Asks for background, current role, constraints, and preferences when needed.
2. Separates must-haves from nice-to-haves.
3. Proposes a ranked set of role directions.
4. For each direction, explains fit, risk, and the proof you would need to
   show.
5. Gives a short narrative you can use when you describe the move.

## Start Career Alignment

1. Open **Menu**, then **Library**.
2. Choose the **Training** filter and start **Career Alignment**. You can also
   ask Dale.
3. Share where you are now and what a good next step would need to include.
4. Use Dale’s ranked directions and narrative to decide what to pursue next.

While a skill pack is active, finish, pause, or switch the pack before you
start another Library exercise.
