# Use Expression Analysis

Expression Analysis reviews how you come across on camera in a real social
context — a presentation, interview, conversation, or practice take. You record
or upload a short clip; ProSocial returns a written read and skill scores.

## What you get

After analysis you see **Your expression read** — coaching prose about your
expression patterns — plus scored people-skill dimensions from that clip.

## Start Expression Analysis

1. Open **Menu**, then **Library**. Choose the **Training** filter and start
**Expression Analysis**. You can also ask Dale.
2. Read **Before we begin**, choose **I understand and agree to proceed**, then
   **Continue**.
3. Choose the context: **Presentation**, **Interview**, **Conversation**,
   **Practice**, or **Other**.
4. Choose **Record Video** (up to **60** seconds) or **Upload** an MP4 or WebM
   file up to **15 MB**.
5. Wait while ProSocial analyzes the clip.
6. Review the result. Choose **Send to Coach** when you want Dale to coach from
   it.

## Privacy

This is self-analysis. Your video is uploaded for processing and deleted within
**24 hours**. Dale sees the written read only after you choose **Send to
Coach**.

Upload only a video you have permission to use.
