# Use Interview STAR Story Bank

Interview STAR Story Bank is an in-chat Training exercise with Dale. You build
a set of interview stories from your real experience — each with situation,
task, action, result, and the questions it fits.

You work with Dale in chat on **Today**.

## What Dale does

1. Asks for target role, company, interview stage, and background when needed.
2. Builds about six to eight stories across themes such as leadership,
   conflict, ambiguity, measurable wins, failure or lesson, and stakeholder
   influence.
3. For each story, writes situation, task, action, result, and best-fit
   questions.
4. Pushes for concrete actions and named or measurable outcomes grounded in
   what you supply.

## Start Interview STAR Story Bank

1. Open **Menu**, then **Library**.
2. Choose the **Training** filter and start **Interview STAR Story Bank**. You
   can also ask Dale.
3. Share the role or interview you are preparing for and the experiences you
   want to use.
4. Practice saying the stories out loud with Dale’s structure.

While a skill pack is active, finish, pause, or switch the pack before you
start another Library exercise.
