# Fix microphone, camera, or audio problems

## Microphone not detected

1. Open the browser's site controls for ProSocial.
2. Set **Microphone** to **Allow**.
3. Choose the correct input device in your operating system.
4. Close meeting or recording apps that may be using the microphone.
5. Reload the practice and try again.

## You cannot hear the roleplay

- Check the tab and system volume.
- Confirm that the correct speaker or headphones are selected.
- Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth audio if its output changed.
- Use headphones if the microphone is picking up the roleplay audio.

## Camera feedback is unavailable

Camera access is requested only for a practice that supports live visual cue
feedback. Set **Camera** to **Allow** for that practice and confirm that another
app is not using it.

The video stays on your device and is not recorded, stored, or uploaded.
Revoking camera permission stops the feature.

## Include this in a support request

Send the browser name and version, device type, whether the problem affects
input or output, and the exact message shown. Never send a recording that
contains another person's private conversation without their permission.
