Email Audit for Gmail is optional and read-only. Dale reviews a bounded sample of recent sent mail for warmth and competence coaching.

What the audit reads
When you start an audit, ProSocial reads up to 100 messages from Sent in the prior 180 days. Message bodies can enter that private Dale turn. The audit uses sent messages only.
Connect and start
- Open Menu → Settings → Connections.
- Find Email Audit under Google.
- Choose Review & connect, then Continue to Google.
- Start the audit from Settings or ask Dale in chat. Keep ProSocial open until it finishes.
- Review the result in your private Dale chat.
Ask Dale for another audit later in coaching chat.
Weekly review
When sent email is in weekly review, each Monday at 9:00 AM in your local time Dale reviews the prior week’s sent mail, adds the note to your coaching thread, and emails you a link back. Choose Remove sent email from weekly review to stop that schedule.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect Gmail. Future audits and weekly review reads stop. Your existing Dale conversation stays as it is. You can also manage ProSocial access in your Google Account.
