Open billing
ProSocial uses Stripe for payments. Stripe stores your payment details.
Open your access
Choose Menu, then Settings. Find Your ProSocial access.
Choose Manage billing
Stripe opens. You can change your payment method, see receipts, or cancel.
Cancel a membership
Choose Cancel in Stripe. Access ends on the date shown there. Past payments stay charged.
One-time packs
A pack purchase is a one-time payment for that pack only. Stripe emails your receipt. If you bought before making an account, use the claim link in your email.
Refund or payment question
Email support@tryprosocial.com. Include your account email, purchase date, and product name.
