Telegram links a private chat to your ProSocial account so you can continue with Dale by text. Payments, settings, Certified People Coach messages, and assessments stay in the ProSocial app.
Connect
Open Connections
Choose Menu → Settings → Connections, then find Telegram.
Connect Telegram
Choose Connect Telegram. ProSocial opens Telegram.
Tap Start
Tap Start before the link expires.
If the link expires, choose Connect Telegram again.
Scheduled check-ins
When Telegram is linked, Dale can send a coaching check-in after you agree to its topic and time.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect. Pending check-ins stop with the link.
