Who can see your work
- Private Dale chat: Stays between you and Dale.
- Coach thread: You and your Certified People Coach can see its messages. Your Certified People Coach can keep private notes.
- Results: A Certified People Coach or organization admin gets a progress summary when linked to you. They get a full result after you choose Share with coach.
Connections
Open Menu → Settings → Connections to manage each service.
- Google Calendar: Read-only events from calendars you choose for private coaching and optional Monday weekly review.
- Gmail Email Audit: Read-only sent-mail sample when you start an audit or weekly review. The audit uses sent messages only.
- Outlook Calendar: Read-only events from calendars you choose for private coaching and optional Monday weekly review.
- Outlook Email Audit: Read-only Sent Items sample when you start an audit or weekly review. Bodies enter that private Dale turn, then ProSocial discards them.
- Telegram: Private text chat linked to your account. Disconnect stops the link and pending check-ins.
- People Skills profile sharing: Approved AI services you connect can read your current PSI profile while sharing is on. Off blocks future reads.
Each connection keeps its own disconnect control.
Camera and photos
- Cue Mirror: Video stays on your device.
- Expression Analysis: Upload requires consent. ProSocial deletes the video within 24 hours.
- Profile Enhancer: It uses the photo you upload for that practice. Your account photo stays as it is.
To stop sharing, disconnect a service, or delete your account, open Menu, then Settings.
