Google Calendar can help Dale offer a pre-brief or debrief near a relevant interaction. The connection is optional and read-only.
What ProSocial uses
You choose which calendars ProSocial may view. Dale receives only the type of interaction and its approximate timing.
Your event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, and meeting links stay private. Connecting Calendar does not connect Gmail.
What ProSocial cannot do
ProSocial cannot:
- create, edit, or delete calendar events;
- RSVP to an event;
- expose private event details to Dale;
- send calendar details to Telegram.
Connect
Open Settings
Choose Menu, then Settings, and find Google Calendar.
Review access
Read the permission summary, continue to Google, and approve the requested read-only Calendar access.
Choose calendars
Open Manage calendars, select the calendars you want included, and save.
Enable calendar coaching
Turn coaching on when you want Dale to use the private timing summary.
Disable or remove
- Disable calendar coaching keeps the Google connection but stops future calendar-based coaching.
- Remove Google Calendar access revokes the connection and removes event-derived ProSocial data.
If Google is your only ProSocial sign-in method, add another sign-in method before removing Google access.
