Most of the time, stay on Today and ask Dale. Dale can start practice, open a skill pack, walk through your People Skills Index, and guide what to do next.

On the right side of the coaching screen, two links stay available:
- Library — skill packs and practice
- People Skills Index — your assessments
Menu
Open Menu in the upper-right corner when you want a page directly:
- Today — talk with Dale
- People Skills Index — assessments
- Library — skill packs and practice
- Coaches — find or message a Certified People Coach
- Help — this help center
- Settings — account, billing, connections, preferences, and Sign out
If you manage a team, Menu also shows Teams & coaching with your organization name. If you work as a Certified People Coach, your coach workspace appears there too.
