When the five parts are done, Dale tells you the results are ready. Choose Reveal my results.
Dale then walks you through each part’s result, one at a time. Choose Next result to continue. After the five part reviews, Dale walks you through your overall score and what to focus on next. Choose Finish PSI when that walkthrough is done.
After Finish PSI, you return to Today. Dale keeps using your People Skills Index results in coaching — what to practice, what to strengthen, and how to prepare for real conversations.
Revisit later
Open Menu, then People Skills Index, to see completed assessments again. Ask Dale anytime to go deeper on a result.
Who can see your results?
Your Dale chats and assessment answers are private. A linked Certified People Coach or team admin can see a short progress summary. They see a full result only if you share it.
