Microphone missing
- Select the site icon beside the web address.
- Set Microphone to Allow.
- In your device settings, select the correct microphone.
- Close apps that use it, such as Zoom or Teams.
- Reload the practice and try again.
On a phone or tablet, allow microphone access for your browser in device settings.
Missing sound
- Check the tab and device volume.
- Select the correct speaker or headphones.
- Reconnect Bluetooth audio.
- Use headphones if you hear an echo.
Camera missing
- Select the site icon beside the web address.
- Set Camera to Allow.
- Close other apps that use the camera.
- Reload the practice.
Cue Mirror keeps video on your device. Expression Analysis uploads video only after you consent and deletes it within 24 hours.
