When an organization invites you as a Member and you join, your access can show as Seat from your organization. That seat gives you full ProSocial while it is active.
What you can do
- Talk with Dale on Today
- Use Library skill packs and practice — including packs your admin assigns
- Take the People Skills Index
- Open Settings to see the linked organization under Coaches, teams & sharing
Admins can review an organization progress summary for you and assign skill packs. They work from the Team dashboard.
Accept the invite
Open the invite email or link and choose Join organization. Then sign in and continue in ProSocial.
If access pauses
When the seat ends or is removed, access can show as Access paused. Your personal account and history remain. Ask your admin about the seat, or email support@tryprosocial.com.
