Open Menu, then Settings. The Your ProSocial access card shows what you can use and where it comes from.
Access types
ProSocial subscription
You get every skill pack and full coaching with Dale. After you cancel, access continues until the end date shown in billing.
One-time skill pack
You get only the pack you bought.
People Coach license
You get Certified People Coach tools and the client seats on that license.
Certified People Coach relationship
A paid relationship with a Certified People Coach can include full ProSocial access while the relationship is active.
Coach or organization seat
Access can show as a seat from a Certified People Coach or Seat from your organization. Full ProSocial stays available while the seat is active. It ends if they remove you or stop paying. Your personal account and history remain.

You can have more than one source at the same time.
